We recognize the importance of your personal and professional growth by helping you set goals each year for annual internal training hours at all levels of the organization. Training initiatives can be grouped into one of the following categories:
Onboard learning paths are designed to support each role in the company and assist in the success of each new hire. Onboarding paths vary per position and can include, but are not limited to: company history and structure, product knowledge and sales and operational initiatives. Training is designed to support all learning types and includes 1:1 sessions, video recordings, and follow-up exercises.
Continued learning is a priority at all levels of the organization and is hosted regularly in formats to best serve our growing and diverse teams. Continued learning includes, but is not limited to: leadership training, support of a new sales or operational initiative, product release and technical training.
MODZIND values internal growth, which allows us to focus on the development of our existing teams. Leadership summits and accessible leadership trainings utilize tools to help develop training opportunities at all levels of the organization.
In addition to our comprehensive onboarding program and commitment to ongoing learning, MODZIND supports the comprehensive American Lighting Association (ALA) Lighting Specialist and the Certified Lighting Consultant (CLC) accreditations. These certifications provide our sales force with technical, design and sales training from the basics through advanced concepts.
